More marketing from the team you have.

The routine work of marketing - turning what your experts know into content, building campaign pages, sending email, pulling the reports - done by agents, with someone on your team deciding what goes out. I set it up, I run it, and your people keep the decisions.

What I do

  • Start with one job your team is already being asked to do more of. We agree a baseline, a named reviewer on your side, and what “done” looks like.
  • Build the agents and the checks around that job on the tools you already pay for - your CMS, your email tool, your CRM. Replatforming is a separate conversation, not a condition.
  • Run it until it's boring, with a monthly readout of volume, quality, how long things take and what it costs. Then add the next job.
  • Keep a person at each gate. Nothing publishes, sends or spends without a yes from someone on your team.
  • Hand it over intact if we part ways. You keep the licences and the playbooks, name an owner, and it keeps running.

The first job

For most B2B teams I'd propose expert content to campaign: an approved webinar, research piece or interview goes in, and search content, campaign assets and the distribution come out, reviewed by your people before anything publishes. If your urgent problem is the website instead, we start there.

What it costs

A fixed price for the build, a monthly fee to run it.

Pricing

“We tried AI content and it was generic.”

It is, when nobody feeds it anything real and nobody reviews it. Here the source is your own experts and the reviewer is on your team, and I'd rather it asked for review too often than too rarely.

Where this runs

It's how I run my own publications: the channel sites and Fronts, with agents doing the drafting and editors deciding what goes out.

  • Publication

    Fronts

A publication with articles, video, podcasts, a newsletter and a paid membership, built and run with Fulcrum Labs. Articles are produced with agents, with editors on the decisions.

  • Platform

    Foundry

The operations platform behind Simon Whistler's channel network, built for Fulcrum Labs: article production, video processing, scheduled publishing, search monitoring and site releases run as automated jobs, and editors keep the decisions.

Tell me what your team is being asked to do, and I'll tell you whether I can help.

A few lines is enough. I reply within a business day, myself.
