Diagnose is two weeks at a fixed price, and optional if the job's already clear. Build is one job at a fixed price - I quote it after we've talked, and I don't go past it without asking. Operate is a monthly fee for an agreed set of jobs and volume, with the total running cost - my fee plus the tools - stated up front. I don't bill by the hour, because hours reward slow work.
Site Brain
Per site, per month. Software from about $490 a month if you approve your own changes. Managed from about $2,900 a month if you want me in the loop every week. A custom price for agencies and portfolios with many sites. The first report is free. If you want weekly proposals after it, choose a plan. Billing starts when you subscribe, and I confirm by email before anything is charged. You can cancel any month.
