If you bought hosting from us as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of ordering, without giving a reason. Fill in the form, check the details on the next screen, and confirm. We email you a confirmation with what you sent and when.

How withdrawal works

The right applies to consumers, meaning people buying outside their trade or business. It does not apply to business customers. The full rules, and a model withdrawal form you can email instead, are in our terms of service.
