Before you order.

Is this only for WordPress?

Yes. These plans host WordPress sites only. If your site runs on something else, ask about your own server or our development work.

What happens after I pay?

Grant will reach out to you by email for next steps: access to your current site, your domain, and a time to move it over.

Can I cancel?

Any time, in the billing portal. Your hosting runs to the end of the month you have paid for.

I am buying as a consumer. Can I change my mind?

Yes. You can withdraw within 14 days of ordering, without giving a reason, using our withdrawal form or by email. If you asked us to start straight away, you pay only for the days of service you had. The details are in the terms.

Which currency will I be charged in?

The one you pick above: US dollars, euros or Czech koruna. Your subscription stays in that currency.
