I build and run the systems behind your website, your marketing and your numbers.

Websites, measurement you can trust, and the routine marketing work done by agents, with your own people deciding what goes out. I've done this since 2013, first as an agency in Montana and now from Prague. Two ways to work with me: a service, or Site Brain, the software.

Here's what this site sees.

As it happens, before you've accepted anything, and then after.

It's the same measurement I set up for clients, running on my own site.

  • Reading the request your browser just made.
  • Measuring the window you are reading this in.
  • Nothing about you has been sent yet.

One proposal, start to finish.

This is what lands in your inbox on a Tuesday. The page and the figures are an example.

05Twenty-eight days later the report shows that page's click-through rate, 0% before and 2.3% after, with the impressions beside it so you can see the base. It says what else moved in the same window and when it's too early to tell. The next proposal starts from there.

Two ways to work with me

With me

If you need the thing built and run for you. I look at what your team actually does, build the first piece with an agreed scope and price, and then run it month to month with your people approving what goes out.

  • MeasurementYour forms, CRM, analytics and ad accounts traced against each other: what the data explains, what's still unknown, and the fixes in order.
  • Marketing operationsThe routine work done by agents, with someone on your team reviewing before anything goes out.
  • Websites and platformsSites that can be changed by asking and are measured properly, on your stack or on mine.

As software

If what you need is your website worked on every week without anyone on your team doing the work. It reads your search and analytics data, proposes specific changes, waits for you to say yes, makes the change on your site and tells you what happened. The WordPress and native connectors are being tested on my own sites now; Webflow, Shopify, HubSpot, code repositories and an edge connector are being built.

See Site Brain

Both run on the same system I run my own sites with: several models picked per job, a person at every gate, everything on record.

Run on my own sites first

Before I sell any of this I run it myself. A group of channel sites and a paid publication produces its articles with agents and editors. The measurement setup is the one I use for clients. I'm building Site Brain and testing it on those sites first, and I'll publish before-and-after numbers as they come in, and not before.

Who you'd be working with

I'm Grant. I started Growth Labs in 2013 as a marketing agency for software companies, ran it with a small team out of Montana and Prague, and these days I build and run operations with agents. You talk to me, not an account manager.

Tell me what your team is being asked to do, and I'll tell you whether I can help.
